An order moves through the plant. At every leak, a bit of your margin goes with it.

If you run a plant, you have probably said one of these.

  • “Our margin is too thin.”

    What is usually behind it

Usually no one knows the real cost of each order. Prices follow the market, and the cost of setup, scrap and rework disappears into the average.

  • “We waste too much material.”

    What is usually behind it

The waste is real, but it is not measured by machine, shift or product. Without that breakdown, you cannot tell where to act first, so it becomes “normal”.

  • “Everything here feels disorganized.”

    What is usually behind it

Information lives in spreadsheets, notebooks and in a few key people’s heads. The ERP records the invoice, but not what happened on the floor.

Usually it takes three vendors. Here it is one team.

The consultancy points at the problem and leaves. The software shop builds whatever you ask for, even when it is not what matters most. The AI tool arrives ready-made and does not fit your operation. We do all three, at the same table.

From order to invoice, in three stages.

Each stage is contracted on its own. You only move to the next one if the previous one made sense.

    Operations X-ray

    4 weeks

We spend four weeks inside your plant. We follow an order from quote to payment, talk to the people who run it, and compare what they say with what the data shows.

Deliverable. You get a written report with every loss point: where it happens, what it costs and what to do.

  2. 02

    Implementation

    Short deliveries, by priority

We fix the highest-impact points first. We integrate with your ERP and the spreadsheets you already use, with no system swap and no sensors to start.

Deliverable. You get working systems, with your team trained to use them every day.

  3. 03

    Follow-through

    Monthly

We agree on the metrics before we start: material waste, rework, lead time, margin per order. We measure every month. If a number does not move, we change course.

Deliverable. You get a dashboard with progress and a monthly results meeting.

Book the X-ray, walk away knowing what is wrong.

In writing, prioritized, with an impact estimate. The report is yours, even if you decide not to continue with us for implementation.

  • A map of the real flow, from order to invoice
  • A list of losses: where they happen and what they cost
  • Priorities by impact and effort
  • A plan for what can be fixed in 30, 60 and 90 days

Frequently asked questions

We already have an ERP. Why would we need you?

Your ERP handles tax and finance. The loss happens earlier: in production, in stock, in scheduling. We work on top of your ERP, not instead of it.

Do you just point out the problem?

No. Pointing it out is the first stage. If you want to continue, we build and roll out the fix ourselves and track the numbers until the result shows up.

How much does it cost?

The Operations X-ray is billed by the hour, with a fixed estimate before we start. Implementation and follow-through are proposed after it, based on what we find. We talk about pricing on the first call.

Do I need to install sensors or cameras?

Not to start. Most of the gain is in data you already have: ERP, production orders, spreadsheets and shop-floor logs.

Will my team be able to use it?

We build with the people who run the operation. Every delivery is tested on the floor and comes with training.

How long does it take?

The Operations X-ray takes 4 weeks. Implementation ships in short, prioritized deliveries, so the first improvement shows up early.

Isn’t AI just hype?

AI is a tool, not the goal. We use it where it removes manual work or improves a decision: reading documents, forecasting demand, suggesting schedules, answering questions about your data. Where a good spreadsheet does the job, we use the spreadsheet.

Where do you work?

Plants in São Paulo and Minas Gerais, Brazil, with on-site visits during the X-ray. Part of the work is done remotely.

Shall we look at your operation?

In 30 minutes you tell us how the plant runs today, and we tell you honestly whether a diagnosis makes sense for you.
